Apple juice, apple cider, or it doesn't matter?

This is the ingredients list:
Apple Juice, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C).

Other acceptable ingredients are filtered water and apple juice concentrate.

Don't get anything that has any kind of sorbate or sulphite in it.
 
I use cider simply because I have an orchard and make my own. I use it the day it is pressed, and all I add is k-meta to kill wild yeast. No sugar, no water, just apples.
 
I use indian summer cider. I also use 1lb. Per gallon of corn sugar. Mixed with4 cinnamon sticks, 1 tblsp of nutmug, ginger, 6 whole cloves.

In the fall winter when i can easily get cider i use that and then use regular Publix apple juice in the summer,either works fine but they do taste different.
