Swmbo wants me to make a strawberry ale. I'm adjusting biermunchers blonde centennial to use it. The grain bill is the same but I added FWH and then moved the remaining times back.

7lb 2 row
.75lb carapils
.5lb crystal 10
.5lb Vienna malt
Mash at 150 for 60 min

.25 oz centennial FWH
.25 oz centennial 10 min
.25 oz cascade 5 min
.25 oz cascade 1 min

Nottingham or 05

I would then rack to secondary on top of 5 lbs crushed pasteurized thawed strawbs and let set 2 weeks before bottling.

Any changes or suggestions. I plan on brewing it next weekend.

Looks good to me. Often fruit beers forego late hop additions, but I think a bit of citrusy hop will go well with the berries. I've heard mixed things about how much strawberry it takes to impart a good flavor, haven't tried them myself. Good luck.
