My kolsch that I made came out beautifully except it's not quite as clear as I expected. I used irish moss in the boil and also gelatin in the primary. However I didn't cold crash because of lack of temp controlled environments. If I let the bottles sit in the fridge for some time, will that help clear them up more?

yup, sure will. hard part is that you might get some sediment in your pour or when you move a bottle.
