Beef, marinated Indian-style in yoghurt, with dried fruit. Seasoned with black cardamom and coriander. It's a fairly sweet, mild dish, creamy with a mild dried fruit tanginess. This is not a bold hot curry, so it doesn't call for an IPA. Served with potato, cauliflower. I'm thinking a rich, nutty, English ale.

The other problem is I'm in Ontario, which is beer Siberia.

Hmm, sounds great, but Beef, marinated Indian-style sounds like Pork Tenderloin marinated Hebrew style. :cross:

Ok, that just made everyone in my office look at me like I was a lunatic because i was laughing my ass off at my desk. That is going in my signature for a little while.

Personaly, I prefer contrasting so I would probably have something on the hoppy side but not too much. Maybe ESB or Sierra Nevada Pale.

That or I like a good tripple with just about everything.
