well i started my second beer today. this one is a petes wicked ale stawberry clone. just about everything went perfect again. only down fall i had, was that ten minutes into the boil i ran out of propain. but i sent the wife out to home depot and got that fixed in about 30 min. i also kegged my first beer lastnight. gana TRY to let it sit for about 2 weeks.
