One of my carboys has white streaks in it, I'm assuming it's from the carboy brush after a vigorous cleaning. I've tried oxy-clean, vinegar and starsan rinses, 24hr or more each to remove them and they are still there.

Any thoughts on a good method to clean the marks out of the carboy?

I've got some CLR I was going to try next.

Glass.

At first I thought it was hard water deposits, but now I'm leaning toward plastic marks from the brush. I'm worried that I may not be able to clean them off the glass.

I wouldn't worry too much about it. Star san it and fill it up with your next batch!

I wanted to let those following this that I put a few, new, white shop rags in the carboy with some dish soap and about a galon and a half of water in the carboy. After 5 minutes of swrilling it every which way the marks were gone.
