I'm going to do a belgian pale this weekend.

grain bill so far is this

5 lbs Belg Pils
2 lb Caraviene
2 lb munich
.5 lb Cara Pils

hopped w/
.5 oz perle 8.1aa 60 min
.5 oz saaz 5.8aa 15 min
.5 oz saaz 5.8aa 5 min

I'd love some imput on the follwing.

possibly adding a 4-6 oz of honey malt
maybe some Crystal 10L
Red Wheat (just have like 6 or8 oz laying around)
dry hopping w/ 1 oz Saaz for a while.

not sure what these may add. I feel like the 10L maybe redundat due to the color the caravienne will add. And i think the honey may add some good sweetness. Any thoughts?
