I boiled a little over 7 gallons for 90 minutes to what should have been 5.25 gallons - I'm at 6 -what do do - keep boiling? that would screw up my hop schedule

How far are you from your desired OG? If you're close, you could just call the beer done and have 6 gallons instead of 5.
 
it was hard to measure when had just finished boiling but it might not be as far off as I thought. i fired up the wort chiller so no turning back now. I missed my OG on my last batch so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
 
Actualy came out at 5.25, calculator must have accounted for loss from hops. But my gravity came out 1.6 shoulda been 1.71.
