I don't suppose anyone has an analysis sheet for Rahr pilsner? I bought some from midwest for the DFH 90 min clone but they didn't have an analysis and a quick google search didn't come up with anything either. Rahr's website is also fairly useless.

I bought a 50# bag of it a few months ago. Came with a malt analysis stitched into the bag. Diastatic Power = 119.
I have never done a protien rest with this malt.
