I don't suppose anyone has an analysis sheet for Rahr pilsner? I bought some from midwest for the DFH 90 min clone but they didn't have an analysis and a quick google search didn't come up with anything either. Rahr's website is also fairly useless.
 
Thanks, I was hoping for a measure of the modification but I'll take what I can get. Has anyone used this malt without a protein rest?
