The guy who lost the view could kept it if he bought the adjoining lot. But he didn't. I'd say tough luck on his part!! Definately Funny!!!

Ah the rest of the story seems to be that after the guy installed his "abstract cactus art" he said he'd take it down if the neighbors apologized, they did, he took it down, all is good (though it sounds like his neighbors are *****es, he was 1 ft over height and that later would have been rectified by the landscaping he said, somehow)
