So yesterday i made a yeast starter, and brewday got postponed.. What can i do to make it last 4 more days for the new day of brew?
I have 2 starters, white labs high gravity, and wyeast trappist.
thank you and happy hollidays to all.

You can just cover it with foil and stick it in the fridge. I (and others on this forum) have waited for weeks on numerous occasions and it has always worked fine.

+1 Cover well and refrigerate. Then you can even decant off the finished beer from the top before you use if you like.

This is something I have always done. Let the starter run 24 hours, cold crash it in the fridge for another 24 to 48 hours, decant and pitch. If anything you can do this a couple of times to build it up and store some yeast for future brews.
