I'm willing to substitute it for the T-58 Safbrew in the Quebecois Style Belgian I found in the recipe bank.

Anybody tried it?

As a Unibroue fan, I'm really looking forward to it.
 
I tried it a few years back. It has that classic Unibroue flavor. So, if you like their beers, grab the yeast.
