wow that's a lot of IBU's,but I can believe it. Can you post this recipe by any chance?

Here ya go:

5.25 gallon post-boil

14 lb Pale Malt (2-row) I used Colorado Pale Malt
8 oz Caramel 120
8 oz Victory
2 lb Light LME

Single decoction mash at 149-150

1 oz Columbus for 60 min
1 oz Columbus for 30 min
2 oz Centennial for 15 min
2 oz Simcoe for 15 min

(I had to sub 1 oz of Amaraillo and 1 oz of Chinook for the 2 oz of Simcoe)

Wyeast 1056 or Safale-05

Dry hop once fermentation is complete

4 oz Simcoe
2 oz Centennial
2 oz Chinook

(Yes, that's a half pound of dry hops...the hops for this recipe cost me $35)

OG 1.085
FG 1.016 (could be lower or higher....aerate the ever livin' piss outta this thing and pitch heavy)

I also used 1/4 tsp of gypsum and table salt in the strike water, and the sparge water.

Cheers! :rockin::mug::drunk::rockin::ban:
