Hi All,

Tonight's second ferment flavors are..

Pear, ginger, mint & thyme.
Spicy Mexican chocolate.
Strawberry, ginger, thyme.
Pear, lemon, ginger.
Pear, ginger, thyme.

I love new ideas & as you can see, like experimenting with second ferment. The tea is half organic green and half organic black teas.

I've been making unflavored booch for a while, and just recently started experimenting with flavors.

So far simply adding thin slices of raw ginger to the bottle has been my favorite.
This week it's a few ounces of grape juice. Pretty good too.
 
I just had a 2 oz shot of some I let go for 6 months. So sour, so tart, so delicious. Not too vinegary like I expected. I blended the rest with sweetened fresh mandarin orange green tea and bottled.

Sounds fantastic! I do a creamsicle, kombucha, I second ferment with fresh orange & ginger, then add a little coconut milk just before drinking.
