I have a recept that call for Invert sugar. I'm putting an order together and cannot find it at Austin Homebrew Supply. Is there another name for this or a substition?

Invert sugar is simply refined table sugar syrup that was boiled with an acid added (citric acid works). It can usually be purchased (if you don't want to make it yourself) in bakery supply stores.

Thanks, it was Lyle's Golden Syrup. I keep looking for it as Invert sugar. I going to make Black Cat Real Lancashire Ale, from Beer Captured, page 80.
