A few weeks ago at the Orlando beerfest they had a very delicious beer (I can't remember the name) but it was a banana bread beer which they layered with youngs double chololate stout. Chocolate Banana Bread! it was great. Well it got me thinking about brewing a chocolate banana bread beer this year to go along with with my usual complement of my Mulling spice Ale (not to be served together). Any idea on how I might combine the banana bread ale and a choclate stout into one beer or sould I be better of making two separate and combining in the glass or keg?

Too easy:

9lbs Simpson golden promise
1lb Crystal 80
.5 lbs Carapils

Dough in with 1.25 q/lbs
Mash temp 157 (60 min)
Fly sparge w 5 gallon at 180
OG 1.049-1.054

1oz EKG (60 min)
.5 oz mulling spice (60 min)
.5 oz (flame out)
S-04 added at 70 degrees fermented at 68

.5 oz Mullingspice in secondary

Optimum drinking after 3-4 months
