I had to dump a batch that went bad today. I just racked a kolsch to the secondary, but that will take awhile to clear up. I have about 3 gallons of ready to drink beer kegged and carbonating.

I need to make something that will be drinkable fairly quickly. Something simple, too, I think. Any ideas?

Anything low on the hops will be quick. If you use White Labs English Ale yeast and Yeast Fuel in the primary it can take a few days off of your fermentation time. Just rack into a secondary when you hit FG. You could be kegging is 7-10 days.

All good ideas. American Wheat works, too, then you don't even need to worry about it clearing! I'm re-brewing the GoP wheat soon (big hit last weekend), but I'm going to add a little sweet orange peel this time for another element.
