Well it's starting to get hot here in CO, so I've had blondes on the mind, summer beers too ;)

I've been playing with the idea of honey malt in a blonde lately, and thought that some lemongrass couldn't hurt either. I haven't used either, so I'm hoping some of you have.

Take a look at the recipe below and let me know what you think.

Can't be much help on the lemongrass but a quarter lb of honey malt should be good for 5 gal. Recipe sounds good overall. Let us know how it turns out.
