Brewed this a few months back and it came out tasty, but I tried the original at the weekend and it has way more cappuchino flavor to it. I made a few minor tweaks to the posted clone based on ingredient availability and I don't know if that's what did it. Any thoughts on what to try next?

My version:
Amount Item Type % or IBU
3 lbs 8.0 oz Light Dry Extract (8.0 SRM) Dry Extract 45.16 %
2 lbs Light Dry Extract (8.0 SRM) Dry Extract 25.81 %
1 lbs Chocolate Malt (450.0 SRM) Grain 12.90 %
12.0 oz Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM) Grain 9.68 %
8.0 oz Black Barley (Stout) (500.0 SRM) Grain 6.45 %
0.25 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.00 %] (60 min) Hops 4.5 IBU
1.00 oz Williamette [4.50 %] (60 min) Hops 16.4 IBU
0.50 oz Goldings, East Kent [5.00 %] (15 min) Hops 4.5 IBU
1 Pkgs British Ale (Wyeast Labs #1098) [Starter 125 ml] Yeast-Ale

Key differences:
Light DME instead of Amber and Wheat
Black Barley instead of Roasted
Mix of Willamette and Goldings instead of Fuggles for bittering
Harvested Wyeast #1098 instead of White Labs #WLP004
