Hey all, I want to brew up some Caribou Slobber, but it doesn't look as though they ship their kits to my location. So does anyone have a rough recipie list of what all is included in that kit? Thinking of trying to put it together using what I can find at my LHBS.

On NB's website, they have a PDF of the instruction sheets which includes the recipes for any of their kits, all-grain or extract.

I would search for a Moose Drool recipe and use that as a guideline. I know of one accurate clone recipe that is in the public domain which was the result of a brewer interview. It should be pretty easy to find with a quick search.
According to my wife who worked in international shipping at ups here in Mpls for years, northern brewer ships to Canada quite often.
