My current setup and process is very hap-hazard and I looking for a no weld, IT nerd can do it too, type construction.

I just built a tree, I since found that the Jamil chiller setup cools the whole batch instead of just what is going through plate chiller, Jamil requires a pump. this setup looks like you need a pump. I would have just made all the same level, had I'd known. The plywood, I need, that covers windows during hurricanes, I could have laid on top and made a rolling work table. Live and Learn. I would have just made a single tier table.
