I have a bunch of leftover ingredients laying around and want to do a hopped up Irish red. The leftovers include all the hops and about 4 lbs of torrified wheat. What to you think about this:

6# US 2 row
4.2# Torrified Wheat
3# White Wheat
1.25# Crystal 60
3 oz Roasted Barley
1 oz Summit @ 60 min
.3 oz Willamette @ 20 min
.6 oz East Kent Goldings @ 20 min
2 oz Cascade @ 5 min
WLP 004 Irish Ale

1.067 OG with about 60 IBUs

Way outside of style guidelines on hops but I don't care.

Damn, I knew I was boring but not this bad.

I'll just go home, "all I need is this chair...and this paddle ball.."
