Hey everyone, just thought I'd start as a member here by posting an intro. My little brother gave me a Mr. Brew for Christmas so I started reading about home brewing and beer science before making the 2 gallon batch that came with the kit. That was about three weeks ago, and since then I've read a lot more and built a five gallon primary fermenter, and started on a secondary. I bought a Cornelius keg and came up with a recipe for a chocolate coffee stout that I started on Monday night. I'll post the recipe for critiques in the appropriate place when I'm done here. I've skimmed through some of the threads here and it looks like a great forum with some good information and helpful home brewers.
