What books should be on the bookshelf of every brewer especially a newb like me I am very intreasted in the science e of beer.

How to Brew. Yeast. If you really want science (intended for large breweries)... Brigg's book.

How to Brew (Palmer), Radical Brewing (Mosher), Designing Great Beers (Daniels), Yeast (White/Zainasheff(SP?)

I believe every brewer's bookshelf needs to contain a basic inorganic chemistry book, a basic physical chemistry book and a basic biochemistry book. One needs some grounding in each of these in order to be able to read the professional level brewing science books.

Fix does do a good job of presenting some of this material to people without the background and every craft/home brewer should read Noonan, scientifically inclined or not.
