I was wondering what everyone else prefers for extract brewing.

my majourity of extracts i have used has been coopers because of its availability in my area. I recently used brew canada for a red ale. i gotta say if there was more variety from the brand i would switch. instead of having it "pre-hopped" mine had hop flakes through the entire contense of the can I feel like its a little extra consideration that coopers doesnt nessisarely do.

what about the rest of you?

I've used Munton's (DME) for most my of beers over the last decade (availability in my area). Quality is always high, and it keeps for a while. However Briess is finally making it's way in, so I'm going to try that next time.

I use Briess extract (from More Beer, Northern Brewer, or Midwest Supplies) and Williams extract. It's always fresh and packaged very well.
