My take on a low alcohol session ale. It is a fantastic hoppy aromatic light ale!

Notes:
------
Mash temp 156.4, 7 AM-12 noon. OG 8.9 brix, 1.036, cooled 2 days before kegging.

I added a couple of ounces of whole Citra to the keg giving it an unbelievable Mango/citrus aroma. Aged 2 weeks and it is the perfect light hoppy beer, 100 kcal for 12 oz...!

Looks solid and delicious.. Think a couple grams of hops at 60 would add a hint of bitterness that would linger a bit? Could call it a under session ipa!! :mug:

I'm all about hopbursting these days. Except for IIPAs or imperials I don't do 60 minute additions, just use high alpha % hops later on in the boil. This one is just right I think!

I'm going to make this soon. I love big fruity Ipas, but I just wish I could drink alot more in one sitting without all that alcohol. I'm curious why you used Tettnanger at 20min?

Traditional thinking says that Pils malt needs a 90 minute boil to drive off DMS but there is much controversy out there about this with todays fancy malts.
