Here is the recipe I brewed up on Saturday.

3 gallon full-volume BIAB, 100 min boil (I was drinking...)

5 lb Munich II
8 oz Melanoidin
8 oz CaraRed

0.5 oz Cascade @ 70 min
0.5 oz Citra @ 10 min
0.5 oz Cascade @ 5 min
0.5 oz Citra @ 0 min

1 pack S-04

I hit 90% efficiency, but I overestimated my boil-off rate. My target was 3 gallons of 1.055 wort, but I ended up with 3.75 gallons of 1.051. I'm still happy with that since this was intended to be just a small-batch Munich/Citra experiment. I'll also be bottling half of this with raspberry flavoring as an additional experiment.

I shall report back in 6 weeks with some hopefully delicous beer :mug:
