Are these lock nuts the same?

In sourcing parts for weldless fittings it seems everything can be purchased at McMaster-Carr except the 1/2" Stainless lock nuts. I have found them at places like Bargainfittings, Morebeer, and AHB. They come at a retail cost of roughly $4 plus some expensive shipping if only needing 3 of them. I then ran across these at grainger:

1/2 In, 304 Stainless Locknut

I can have them shipped to local store with free pickup making them much cheaper then online, just want to make sure I'm compairing apples to apples.

Also noticed they sell 316 stainless version for $3.67

Mcmaster has them, item 4464K584, for just under $4 each. If you pick them up at a local Grainger, you'll also pay sales tax if you're in state as such.

Do these McMaster ones have the groove for the oring?

They don't have the groove as far as I know, but I like the flat washer type gaskets over orings anyway.
