I have tried making some turbo cider in the past...

https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f32/turbo-cider-runny-apple-water-119073/index3.html

but now im trying the real stuff. very modest attempt (only had a few apples)i only have around 800ml of juice. I have it in a glass bottle, cork, airlock etc and its already bubbling away. It's been in around 3 days, started at about 1.048...

All natural, like i read online. How long do i generally leave it for? Is there anything I should add now at this ealry stage? I will add sugar when i try and bottle it to get it with a bit of fizz like the turbocider.

It sslowed down alot now, to about a bubble each minute? I thought it would take alot longer than the turbo stuff, but i suppose the time is in the bottle?
