Hello all! I have been brewing for a couple months, and love it. Starting to put together a list of parts for a single tier build. I've been reading on here for about a month, the wife thinks I'm nuts.

I just got done transferring my Chocolate espresso oatmeal stout to secondary. that is a mouth full is say. Getting ready to bottle my strawberry honey wheat. I can't wait to start kegging. Bottling is a pain in the a$$!

We are all nuts in our own way, buy when it comes to beer, us HbTers are a bit more nuts than the rest.

haha i have been reading on here for a good month or so already. waiting until im finished this school year before i get into this head on, which is only about a week and a half away. SUPER EXCITED.
