So, I made a batch of riesling on the 8th, 9 days ago. Fermentation started pretty quick, and went for a while. Been busy the past couple days, so I cracked it open today to check gravity and rack to my secondary. The instructions say not to rack unless under 1.010. However, I got a reading of 0.994 (even spun it a couple times to make sure). Does this mean it fermented too long in primary? And will make any sort of difference? Tastes pretty decent already, hehe.

K. And yeah, I racked it right after taking the reading. Just curiosity I guess. Wondering if I should check/rack it sooner next time.
