What's up everyone in the homebrew community! Found the forum by doing a search on Google. I've just bottled my second batch (Newcastle Brown Ale Clone). Can't wait. My first (Pale ale) batch turned out pretty good, in my opinion. It tasted like beer! A few of my friends just got into homebrewing fairly recently. We've just built ourselves some fermenter clillers and will be testing it out on our third batches! If you want to build one here's the link:

It was pretty easy. One of my friends just builf himself a kegerator and of course the rest of us can't just sit around and have him be the only one that dosen't have to bottle anymore, so we are currently in the process of making ourselves one too! Here's the link for that as well:

Here in Hawaii (Oahu) we only have ONE place where we can get ingredients for brews, but they're pretty well stocked. Anyways, it'sx good to have a place to get info from, thanks for being here!!!

Live on oahu myself. Just started homebrewing earlier this year. How about that earthquake and power outage? At least it didn't ruin my beer.
