So I can see that beersmith is calculating the final gravity based on the average attenuation of the yeast your using, but is there a way to set it to also use what mash temps you hit?

For example, I am going to brew a copperhook clone and Redhook says that it is a 5.7% and has a OG of 1.053 so to get to that ABV you have to get to 1.009, but the yeast I will use has an average attenuation of 67.5% and beersmith says that it will only get to 1.017, but if I mash at 149* I think I can get close to that 1.009 gravity.
