Tasting Notes
A sharp citrusy bitterness coming from the centennial hops. Excellent drinkability.
Made this up to rotate bulk hops and grains.

Fermented at room temperature (we keep it at 64)

fermented at a cooler temp to subltly "amp up" the alcohol to get rid of bulk grains. Quaffable. :mug:
