I just want to share with you a guys a recipe I developed for a brown ale (which took a while to create). It's a partial mash brew.

Here are my ingredients starting with the fermentables:
1) 4 pounds --- Alexander's Pale Extract
2) 3 pounds --- 2-row pale malt
3) 12 ounces -- Crystal 60L
4) 8 ounces --- Victory Malt
4) 4 ounces --- Crystal 120L
5) 4 ounces --- Chocolate malt

Next, here are my hops:
1) 1.5 ounces - Willamette (60 minutes)
2) 1.0 ounces - Willamette (15 minutes)
3) 1.0 ounces - Willamette (1-2 minutes)

Yeast:
Danstar Nottingham Yeast
