When I was doing biab I used 5 gallon paint strainer bags that I got at the paint store I work at.
Get the elastic top, should be about $2 each if you go that route.
There's some fancy fabric I've seen mentioned here and on biabrewer, but I never saw a reason to switch.

The larger online Homebrew Stores should have them big enough to fit a 9 gallon pot.
If you cant find one, you can make one for crazy cheap. Polyester voile material is like $3 a yard. I used nylon upholstery thread. If you have access to a sewing machine, youll save a ****load of time.

voile curtain, sewn. $7. strong, and you can make it to fit your kettle perfectly.
Somehow the cover didn't pop out at me and I was trying to figure out what's w/the weights. LOL
