The regulator and the tank make it worth it, I think. you wont really need the sanke coupler unless you plan on buying 15 gal kegs from the store. But it looks like a good deal to me. As for if it needs freon or something else I cant say...if it works, its worth more than free!

That looks like a 5# tank to me, but maybe the perspective is just off. I don't know if it's an insanely good deal, but I'd say it is a good one. Kegging is love.
