I was just messing around in beersmith and i decided to make a summer ale recipe. Summer is coming soon so it seems quite appropriate. I am looking for something very malty, a tad sweet, and just a good a beer to drink for these hot summer days. Here is what i came up with. I'm not exactly sure on the yeast strain though. I also use Deathbrewers PM technique.

Batch Size: 5.00 gal
Boil Time: 60 min
Est Original Gravity: 1.051 SG
Est Final Gravity: 1.016 SG
Estimated Alcohol by Vol: 4.60 %
Bitterness: 15.7 IBU
Est Color: 7.9 SRM
Mash at 156 degrees.
