Oh wow.....just an update to my original post.....

I just cracked open another longer aged (7 weeks in bottle) Sweet Stout and it is tasting much better (actually tastes great) than previous tastings....thinking the time in the bottle has definitely helped.....

Put the rest of them away for another 7 weeks. Quit drinking mediocre beer when it will be getting better. :rockin:
