Hacker-Pschorr Recipe?

Can someone post the recipe? I saw some threads about it but never saw a recipe. I need the extract + grains version.

Is it just me, or is there a HUGE difference between bottled vs draught with hefeweisens? I've had 2 or 3 lately that were night and day different.

It depends on how fresh they are, bottled or draft. I had some draft HB Kindl-Weiss at HB in Las Vegas (supposedly very fresh), that indeed was freakin' great.

I could give you all grain Hefe-weizen recipes that would be similar to Hacker, but I have no extract versions.

I only found the Hacker-Pschorr Oktoberfest Amber Märzen.

Beer Captured has the Oktoberfest Amber Marzen and the Weisse Dark, but not the one I think you're looking for.
