I just kegged my month old red ale and my two week old cherry wheat.
Not too bad. Does drinking at 10:30 in the morning mean you have issues? Couldn't help it, had to taste.
Put the kegs under 30 psi, shook the crap out of them, rinse, repeat. After a few iterations, the beer was a little carbonated, enough to drink a little cup.
The red ale is STRONG. The LME was hopped, and I mean HOPPED. Very strong hop flavor, with a good alcohol bite.
I mixed the cherry extract (4oz) with 4 oz of vodka, and added it to the wheat keg about halfway through the racking. The flavor is subtle, with just a little cherry and a hint of banana ester. Very nice.
They are in the fridge under 30 psi settling now.
