All of you know I didn't cool off my wort the other day, so I re pitched yeast into my wort. Well I have activity now so I feel better. I found out from the local brew supplier that I sparged to fast and didn't get all the sugar out of my grain, so therefore my starting gravity is low. I feel better about that too. Now I know , so next time will be better. It bothered me more to not know what I did wrong more than possibly wrecking my brew. I appreciate everyone's feedback(except the negative ones). Thank you!

I thought I had ruined my first batch, but when I moved it to the secondary yesterday I did a quick taste test and I was surprised I hadn't completely ruined it. I dont believe it will be anywhere close to perfect, or even good at that. BUT it does taste some what like beer!
