Just finished a few lables. I racked my Gooseberrie wit off the berries today, and man is it good. Cant wait to try it cold and bubbly

Gooseberries are hard to explain. Kind of a very sweet tomato with a grape like twang

The flavor of the beer is a standard belgian wit with little more than a hint of gooseberry. A light berry aroma as well.
