well i brewed a batch of beer with my buddy months ago, and after he transfered it to the secondary he never bottled it. he is moving so he brought it over my house and i just laughed. so naturally, i just put in the priming sugar and bottled it:rockin: is it even possible for the yeast to still produce carbonation? the beer was incredibly clear, i guess all that time helped.
3 months in secondary!!

Probly be fine. Maybe not.... if not add a few (2) granules of yeast to them. But give them like....2 months to carb up. You never know what those yeast will do.
It should be fine. Just give it a little bit longer on the shelf to carb up.

I've carbed an apfelwein that sat in the primary for 4 months. No biggie.
