I'm sorry, but i feel the need to brag........ I have only made 5 batches of home brew but I have gotten awesome reviews on every batch. i have to attribute it to my water. I have well water with what tastes like it has the perfect mineral content and the perfect beginning pH (6.1). My father comes here regularly just to fill up gallon jugs with water to take back to Houston to drink. I love my water!!!!!!!!!!!

I too have great water...Doesn't make for good reviews.
