I went to the Fordham/Old Dominion Brewery this past weekend and while on the tour, noticed their "Malt usage Sheet." Took a brief look and it appeared that all of their beers used pilsner malt for the base? I know they have 2 big silos for base malt, but I guess I assumed they had 2 different kinds. Would it be wrong of me assuming that they use pilsner malt for all of their beers?

I guess I wouldn't be that surprised if they used Pilsner as their base and suplimented with Pale or Marris Otter malts. Maybe a 70/30 split?
