I know a lot of people here (my self too) love the Danstar Nottingham yeast. But last night when I stopped by the LHBS I seen that they had a dry wheat yeast from Danstar.
I've seen the Saf-ale dry wheat (have it but not used it yet) but this is the first time I have seen it or heard of it from Danstar..
Has anyone used it yet? If so, what are your thoughts on it?
