I'm looking to buy some equipment to crush maybe 2 tones of grapes to fill 4, 55 gallon barrels. I'd like to buy all the equipment so I can use them again each year and have it handy since I live in the middle of no where. I'm likely to get a license for brandy soon so it'll be put to good use and I'd like to buy something quality that will last. Any suggestions on brands/types? I'm leaning towards a bladder press over a hydraulic, any suggestions there?
