Can I fill my keg with beer and CO2 then disconnect the CO2 and let it sit in the keezer until I'm ready to drink it will it be carbonated? Thanks ahead of time

Yes you can but... As the beer gets colder the CO2 absorption rate will change (BLUF, the colder the beer the more CO2 that gets absorbed). There are CO2/temperature charts all over this site. So you have two options: leave the CO2 hooked up till the beer is chilled to the lowest temp or just keep hooking it up once or twice a day (you will hear the CO2 going in) until it is carbed. I hope this helps, plus I know some others will chime in soon to help.

If you don't want to leave it hooked up to the CO2, you could always just naturally carb in the keg. First few pints will be cloudy, but it works nicely.
