BeerSmith lost recipes

I loaded my beersmith today and it asked for a validation key. I had out the validation key in when I bought 6+ months ago. So I went through my email to find the key to input the code again. Loaded up fine, but my recipes are all gone. I can't seem to fine them anywhere. Any advice?

The database files should still be there. Did you look in the beersmith directory for *.bsm files? I've heard of this happening before and it should be easy to fix. Check out this for more info if you need it.

had you done anything with your install or something? sounds like it didn't know it was registered.

do a search for recipes.bsm if you haven't already, or for recipe_1.bak.

hope you can find your stuff... otherwise, I feel for ya.
